"I’m Ready to Start Exercising, Eat Healthier Meals, Crush my Morning Routine, and Live a Badass Life.”

Does any of this sound like you?

  1. It seems like everybody has started running these days, and I would love to join, but I’m never gonna keep up with that, so why bother? I wish there were a way to make sure I didn’t give up after 1 or 2 times.

  2. If I hear one more person tell me that it’s easy to create a habit and that I just have to stick with it or try harder, I’m going to punch them in the face. There’s nothing easy about having ADHD and trying to build long-lasting habits.

  3. If only I could create the ideal morning routine to start off my day in a relaxed way, setting myself up for success instead of running around like a headless chicken.

  4. You've been procrastinating the whole thing because, while you want to form habits and create routines, you'd ALSO rather eat a Carolina Reaper 🌶️ than:

    • Booking that first hot yoga class

    • Meal prepping on a Sunday

    • Waking up at 6 AM daily

    • Meditating for 10 minutes every day or, worse, 30 minutes a day!

    • Practice running to reach 10K

    • Cook a healthy dinner from scratch. Do the mushrooms on my frozen pizza count?!

Whether you've been trying to get into the habit of exercising for years or just learned what burpees are (and you never want to do them again EVER! Who the fuck came up with burpees anyway? It’s torture!!), you're looking for a better way to make these habits stick.

Creating Habits with ADHD is not Impossible!! It’s Not About Being Perfect, But Being Self-Compassionate.

What is a habit, and how do I get one?

Cambridge Dictionary defines a habit as something that you do often and regularly, sometimes without knowing that you are doing it. Clearly, they have not heard of this thing called ADHD.

Habits might never become automatic for us but there are ways to make it easier on ourselves.

Forming habits when you have ADHD is not easy. There is no one solution, and there's definitely no quick fix.

But what if I told you that it's not your fault? That the problem isn't you—it's the approach! Traditional self-help advice often overlooks the complexities of ADHD, painting a picture of success that's unattainable for many of us.

It's a setup for failure, plain and simple.

But if you want a different approach that will set you up for success, and success looks like having a killer beach body next summer, running your first marathon, having quit the doom scrolling at 2 am habit, or just being able to brush your teeth every day, then you're in the right place!

The Habit Hackers Course will teach you that.

Introducing

Build New Habits With Compassion Instead of Beating Yourself Up

Inside, you’re going to learn to:

  1. Build Your Ideal Morning Routine
Establishing a morning routine isn't just about starting the day off right—it's about setting the tone for success.

  2. Stop Following Neurotypical Advice — we don’t need to be told how easy it is to build habits if we do this or that. Fuck that!!

  3. Stop Punishing Yourself and Use Self-Compassion Instead. You’re not a robot; you’re a neurodivergent human being, and the only way to be successful is to acknowledge that.

  4. Recognize the 5 Stages of Change, which will literally change how you approach creating new habits!

  5. Track Your Habits — and if you fall of the wagon to get right back up again!

5 Things About Me

I’m addicted to green jasmine tea, and I hate drinking it lukewarm. I prefer to drink my tea almost burning my mouth-hot.

I hate the word ‘consistency’; I like to think of myself as consistently inconsistent.

I didn’t know I had ADHD until I was 31 years old. Being diagnosed late led to a lot of trauma and a history of depression, anxiety and panic attacks.

I don’t use any medication for my ADHD but I’m still able to create new habits and stick with them.

Although I jump from one hobby to the next in a heartbeat, there’s one that I will never tire of and that’s photography.
